I spent nearly two decades at Google and YouTube, rising from an entry-level role to Director in Silicon Valley. As YouTube's first Partnerships hire for Latin America, I built the team, systems, and operating model that scaled the business to more than $200 million in annual revenue.
I later led YouTube's Small and Mid-Market business across the Americas, including the United States, overseeing a 50-person organization, 4,000+ accounts, and $1.2 billion in annual gross revenue, while growing revenue 14% year over year.
Today, I advise leaders facing pivotal moments: scaling a business, building executive teams, navigating organizational change, or making decisions with lasting impact. My work combines operating experience with an Executive Master's in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, helping leaders strengthen execution, align teams, and build organizations that sustain growth.
