I spent nearly two decades at Google and YouTube, rising to Director in Silicon Valley. As YouTube's first Partnerships hire for Latin America, I helped build and scale the business from the ground up. I later led a 50-person organization across the Americas, including the U.S., YouTube's largest market, overseeing 4,000+ accounts and $1.2B in annual gross revenue.
I also hold an Executive Master's in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, combining operating experience with evidence-based leadership and organizational design.
